Led by legendary casters Kelly Ludeking, Larry, Clayton, and Mike Hubert, with Kenny Jensen of Lamberton Hot Iron Days, this crew of seasoned Midwest artists have poured together for over two decades, forging not just iron—but community. Artists like Teah Tollufsen, Chris Meyer, Brighton McCormick, Cassi Rebman, Jordan Eaton, Eric Stephenson, and Kelly Ludeking brought the heat—literally and figuratively. Their performance transformed the landscape into a glowing “forested hillside,” where fire flooded valleys and rivers, only to crash into a backsplash of iron and light. Some foundry ASMR. Second part to the SDD Metal token we’re getting made with @slossmetalarts @sloss_furnaces This video features the dump box with wood, final 3D prints, runner, and zip slip. The box is filled with a sand mixture and set overnight to be ready for the pour. I followed up the next day when they poured during a school field trip. Truly magical.
